Problems are big obstacle in the path of progress. Problems make a person unhappy and sad. As a result their development is affected. Problems are part of our life. None can prevent them from coming into life but negative impact and effect of problems can be minimized by mutual co-operation among kommunity. Minimization is possible by solving the problem as early as possible. To achieve this aim problem solving programme is run by the JS.

Connectivity issue among kommunity:

Very often it is observed that Kommunity people work in the same department or reside in the same district, area or neighborhood but remain unknown with each other. Disconnect of the Kommunity people is a major hurdle in our development. The absence of mutual contact and lack of affection have obstructed Kommunity growth. When any problem comes up or any adverse situation arises, we feel completely lonely, lost and helpless. Adverse situations and sudden problems overwhelm us and cause heavy losses.

"The mutual disconnect amongst members is a social problem of the Kommunity".

Why Kommunity do not connect even if lives in neighborhood. B. If connected do not meet frequently and do not come closer.

  1. The person affected by the problem will intimate JS office executive through message/e-mail/mobile in following prescribed format.

    Name & address List of Problem Who can solve: Name, Post, Address, Mobile & other details required to solve the problem.
  2. After knowing the problem office executive will try to find the best solution among available options. In this effort the office executive will take help from Ex office executive Arvind Verma.
  3. After getting the solution, office executive will inform solution to the solution seeker. Office executive will bring both solution seeker & provider into contact and follow it till problem is solved.
  4. The solution seeker will send the information in prescribed format to JS office after getting his problem solved. Name Problem in short Who solved and how: In Brief How you felt? your suggestion for improvement in the problem solving procedure.
  5. JS office will maintain record of each case date wise. Js office will send thanks giving message to the problem solver on his mobile. JS office will share the thanks giving in the group so that good work is brought to the knowledge of komminuty and solution provider gets recognition.

There are many aspects and paths for development. JS has its own aspect. JS wants the economic development of its members through their social development. JS organized 3 workshops on April10, 2016; August12, 2016 & November27, 2016 for social and leadership development. Continuous efforts are being made to develop updated social workers at various levels. These newly evolved social workers will grow into forerunners of economic development and a strong bridge between JS and Kommunity.

This programme is being under taken to work in the direction of economic development. Since the agrarian community lives in villages, its economic development is possible through the development of the villages only. The gram pradhan is the pivot of the village development. It is proposed to take up the holistic development of the village by associating the gram pradhan or an educated and progressive kommunity of the village who will be equipped with all kind of the information and knowledge of JS. It is also proposed to establish the gram pradhan as a social leader of the kommunity by providing him all the required information. The best example of this kind of endeavor is Anna Hajare. This is our cherished dream.

Anna ji prepared a model of development in his village after quitting his job of the army and presented before the world a beautiful example of the village development. There are several other examples of this kind. Kommunity has also to produce such models by acquiring the best practices and adopting innovative ideas. Our prime objective is to develop every kommunity village as a model village so that our dream of socio-economic development of kommunity could be realized. Wherever, there is no kommuinty pradhan, a proactive kommunity in the village will be selected.

Why a Pradhan should join JS?

JS would make available the entire information about responsibilities of the pradhan to kommunity pradhans and familiarize them with the process and procedures of their functioning. JS proposes to make a model out of kommunity villages by taking the schemes of state and central government to the respective villages through pradhans. We have a definite roadmap for implementing this plan.

  1. Knowledge is power. Pradhans will continuously get updated knowledge through JS and thus remain empowered. They will also develop good habit of acquiring knowledge. By utilizing this knowledge, the pradhan shall be able to increase his and the kommunitiy’s income. Armed with up-to-date information, pradhan will not allow anyone to dupe himself and will remain insulated from prospective social and economic losses.
  2. By undertaking social service they will become social servant, and continue their good work on the basis of their knowledge. This will help them in winning next election. They will also remain popular and respectable in the village on account of their good work.
  3. They shall be able to develop contact at the district and state level. These Social connections will lead to increase their social capital and they will also feel ecstatic about their work. His social network will expand. Big network will instill in him a sense of being strong.
  4. In order to be disciplined, Pradhan will have to follow code of conduct voluntarily. This will inculcate in him a good habit which will improve his personality. Good habit and interaction with-bigger and better ambience will help him in opening new vistas of enlightenment as also to usher in on the path of progress.
  5. He will get opportunities to meet new people and new officials regularly which will provide him ample scope to learn new things because every person has something new to share with others. KICCI has been established to promote the business people of the kommunity. They can use this platform to convert their agriculture into agri-bussines.
  6. Pradhans will be immensely benefitted in performing their duties and finding speedy solution to the problems of the villages. The association of pradhan with JS and its work will prove to be a ladder for elevating him to the higher positions and he shall be able to improve his future. 7. The pradhan will continue to get golden opportunities to develop and exhibit his skills and capabilities through the JS platform. A repeat win shall also be possible.

Procedure of village development: 3 step training programme.

Step 1

  1. In first step a familiarization workshop shall be organized to prepare and motivate the Pradhans to associate with JS and understand JS in all its dimensions.
  2. Pradhans will be sensitized through a leaflet and booklet containing material regarding what he has to do? How to do? What to learn? What to see? And what to talk etc. They will practice it for next one month under supervision of JS office which will receive the feedback on a weekly basis in a prescribed format. Initially only 10 deptt will be taken.

Step 2

  1. The second training will be imparted after 2 months.
  2. The point-wise work plan for next month shall be prepared after due deliberations and provided to the trainee members. This work plan will contain roadmap of work for next 10 deptt JS office will monitor on weekly basis.

Step 3

  1. Feedback shall be obtained again after 2 months. At this stage complete work plan shall be explained. Thereafter these people will start working in the village. After 4 months, a progress monitoring exercise will be undertaken once again.

Objective 1: To achieve the objective of social institutions as a think tank by entering into an MoU with these institutions.

Objective 2: To organise/establish/create social service institutions where they do not already exist.

Expected action for above programme:

  1. To study bye laws of presently operating four social institution.
  2. To study their actual functions.
  3. To study financial status.
  4. To study the reason of failure of the institutions in achieving their objectives.
  5. To prepare the roadmap of entire programme:
    1. Format of MoU between JS & organization.
    2. To do list.
    3. What JS will do as think tank.
