To explore the areas of common interest with social organizations and to support them as a Think Tank in fulfilling their mandate

1. To achieve the objective of social institutions as a think tank by entering into an MoU with these institutions.
2. To organise/ establish/ create social service institutions where they do not already exists.

Expected action from above programme :

1. To study bye laws of presently operating four social institutions.
2. To study their actual functions.
3. To study financial status.
4. To study the reason of failure of the institutions in achieving their objectives.
5. To prepare the road map of entire programme:
   1. Format of MoU between JS and Organization.
   2. To do list.
   3. What JS will do as think tank.
