First of all, we must know why JS was formed. What is its necessity? What kinds of problems are being solved by JS? Why one should associate with JS? What will be the benefit if one joins JS and what will be the loss if one doesn’t?
Very often it is observed that Kommunity people work in the same department or reside in the same district, area or neighborhood but remain unknown with each other.
Disconnect of the Kommunity people is a major hurdle in our development. The absence of mutual contact and lack of affection have obstructed Kommunity growth. Whenever any problem comes up or any adverse situation arises, we feel completely lonely, lost and helpless. Adverse situations and sudden problems overwhelm us and cause heavy losses.

The JS has been formed to address this problem. The tagline of JS is "know your Kommunity for mutual benefits".
The main objective of JS is to bring the members of the Kommunity together and promote the feeling of brotherhood and cooperation amongst them. The endeavor of the JS is to collectively find solution to the problems of the Kommuntiy members and bring prosperity, development and well being in their lives.
When members of the kommunity will come in the contact of each other, discuss issues and exchange ideas, then mutual affection will increase. As a result, it shall increase their social and emotional confidence.
Thus, those of the Kommunity members who feel lonely and helpless at present and in odds will start feeling strengthened, empowered and full of enthusiasm. The strength of the group will be our collective strength.
And entire Kommunity will stand together all the time good or bad and cooperate with each other.
For example: If a person in rural area faces any health problem or confronts any emergency due to an accident, a JS functionary who is staying in that village or in a neighboring village will inform JS office situated in the town which will, in turn contact a doctor or any other health worker in city hospital who will be a JS volunteer to make all arrangements for immediate medical assistance when the patient reaches the hospital.
Thus urgent medical care accessed by the Patient due to the JS intervention will help him in saving his life. This miracle is possible through JS network. JS is constantly active for last one & half years for achieving such feats. Several Kommuntiy members have been benefitted by JS. All members are voluntarily working and contributing to achieve the objectives of JS to increase their happiness index.
