Outcome:
Organisational strategy for sustainable and effective performance in social Development was discussed in detail. This first workshop was organized under the mentorship of one of the IIM professors. So, starting tone, technique and standard of deliberations adopted was high and the same become the norm of working of network. Further, foundations were laid for different activities.

Outcome:
Kommunity is associated with agriculture related activities from generations. Agri-Business and Agri-marketing are the most important activities for our progress. An agri-marketing expert, Mr Kaushlendra kumar (www.kaushalyafoundation.org) was invited from Bihar to inspire kommunity to adopt his marketing model. Location of the workshop i.e. Hi-tech Agriculture Farm (Mr Ram Saran Verma’s farm), itself taught many things to participants.
